Aquatic Rower
USE: Rowing exercise for the arms, chest, shoulders and back including presses and pulling, curls, triceps and forearm work and a unique rotator cuff therapy exercise in either seated or standing positions. Also used for squats and leg press while standing in front of the machine. Oars may be used independently or together for exercises. FEATURES: Oar handles may be held horizontally or vertically. Seat slides forward and back to accommodate user length and features full, slanted back and head support for optimum user comfort. Slight increases in speed of actuation increase resistance levels (viscosity principle) as does hand height positioning on the oar handles (lever principle). MATERIALS: Solid thermoplastics on all elements. Fasteners are pool grade stainless steel. All Circuit Gym equipment is made from non-corroding materials. No maintenance required. WATER DEPTH REQUIREMENTS: Minimum water depth for usage is 42 inches (107 cm). Maximum water depth for usage is 54 inches (137 cm). Recommended water depth for most common usage is between 48 inches (122 cm) and 52 inches (137 cm). POOL AREA REQUIRED: 68" X 48" or 173 cm X 122 cm
